Thsi system we havee purchase one month back. Within few days of installation your servicee engineer Sylesh visited the system asnd addjusted the internet options. Sincee then we are unable to access the broad band connection properly. We have made several calls to your service center but no action has been taken from your side. Recently all the documents in my documents in drive C vanished In Paint Text is not comming. CD is not accessable either for reading or for recording. After more than two months, 9/8/2007 to present (11/1/6/2007), I'm still waiting for the return or replacement of my Garmin Nuvi 350 from Fry's Electronics' service department. Numerous calls and in-store visits didn't help. The service reps are probably the rudest, in person and on the phone. This was my first foray with Fry's extended 3-year service warranty. I am one of the customer of airtel, and i enjoyed their service past 3 years as an post paid customer. Due to job reasons, i changed post to pre and started the problems right from there. My account was charged $164.62 (They added 128.69 + 28.79 and somehow got 164.62) and I sent email asking why my account was charged this amount. I currently have a inoperable dishwasher and an inoperable washing machine. Each time I call to schedule repair service, they give me a "first available" appointment that is always two weeks out from the date I am calling. Nightmare Hotel experience. On Friday 9th November 2007, we booked a double room for 2 nights Sat 10th and Sun 11th November. We paid in full on arrival.
