I have had a horrible experience with that company PICTURE ME. On May 8, 2007 I brought my daughter to the studio in Avon mass to get pictures done in her first communion dress. I took a 550 combo plan for broadband internet and telephone services in Ghaziabad. I was told at that time that all calls within UP would be free upto a limit but when I saw my first bill,I realized that it was not the case.I was charged even for calls in UP.
