On July 23, 2007 I took my Buick to Alternative Transmissions by Jack Dempsey in Winter Garden for a Radiator replacement. I had already purchased the replacement radiator at a Parts Store for $250 before I went to save time. Bill, the Manager gave me a estimate for $70 and said it would be ready in 1 hour. Heinold & Feller Tire Co - Valparaiso , IN On 10/27/07 I brought my 2002 Audi TT to Heinold & Feller for an oil change and spark plug change. They charged me $28.22 for each spark plug without labor just parts. These plugs, (NGK PRF6Q) are much cheaper. The highest price I found was $14.58 each at the Audi dealer. I called and spoke to Mike who said that is what they paid. He also stated that everybody has a mark up on parts. Which I agree with, but not doubling the price. I would strongly advise against using this company. We booked car hire through Carjet and were allocated this rental company. On arrival at Palma airport we were told that the car wasn't available, even though we had booked in advance and notified the company of our flight details. I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning. Being locked out I had no phone, no wallet, or any access to any internet connection. I was lucky enough to find a number for a locksmith who could open up the door for me (who again charged me 350). I had a flight on the Nov 3th 07 from Dubai to New york jfk in Emirate airline. i had the worst customer service. a supervisor name Ghulam who worked that night at the luggage and checking passports was very unpleasant, very mean and unhelpful. I just agreed by customer care for taking personal loan on card, but the trap was started by taking loan... the charges levied on me form the phone call end and the amount I got after after 35 days of call. I am a formal employees of the Aarons store in Coolidge. The reason why I am a formal employee is because I refused to take part in any illegal activity in the store. This company, based in Needham, Massachusetts, promises to be the "small job specialist" and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. My experience was that they do not follow through on either. The workmanship was absolutely horrible. All jobs I hired them to do (jobs they assured me would be no problem and well within their expertise - removing wallpaper, painting, fix a leaky faucet). I bought fujifilm f420 in Malaysia, it was product that made in japan. The camera has very bad AAA battery performance (1 shot with flash - alkaline batt / 15 shot with flash - 750mah Nimh) and slow charging of flash for following shot.
