I recently received notice from my bank that my credit may have been in danger. They suggest I get my 3 free credit reports. I did this. Apparently there is an area where they sign you up for a free credit report service for 30 days. You must cancel before the 30 days are up. I received a charge of 11.95 on 9/26/07 and 10/26/07. My credit card gave me credit for the first charge. I called them today and they said the charges are for credit report service for my wife. I bought a Kohler Clarity Cashmere sink I believe in late July or early August through a local company here in Kansas City (Dorfmann's Plumbing). I am putting in a new granite countertop and was getting a new sink and kohler fixtures at the same time. I am a concerned parent. We purchased a disney night light for our daughter about 2 months ago.. We only have it on a nighttime, in her room, as she is only 22 months old, and requires one. Anyone else fed up with this outsourcing of tech support to India? I canceled my Verizon cellphone, DSL , and home phone this year do to lack of tech support on a dsl problem. I spent a month trying to get it fixed. I had crossed lines, dsl disconnects every few minutes and the Indian (tech) told me that it was my computer. I applied for Basephone & Mobile at Garia Outlet (KOLKATA) of Airtel. After long follow up & written complaint twice, my Basephone no.9903270713 got installed on 24.10.2007, whereas the Mobile SIM No. 9903993967 is yet to be activated. Upon enquiry from customer care, I was informed that my address is not traceable. If this was the case , how the basephone got installed. i have booked a ticket online @ www.ezeego1.co.in on 27-oct-2007. Amount was charged but no PNR number was generated. Send them email and got a call on 28-oct-2007 at 11:30am. i was promised that my pnr number would be generated within 6hrs. but till today 01-nov-2007 i havent heard anything from ezeego inspite of several emails which i have sent. If you are calling their customer care then minimum of 35-50minutes you will have to hold the line. Customer service executive are not able to give the answer and cutting the phone. This company offered the product on a free trial offer, all i needed to do was pay a s/h cost to defray cost. If i liked the product within 14 days after receiving product i would be charged the cost of the bottle. It was only 3 days later and my account was charged the full price of the product.
