The story line of these florist seem to never change. FTDFLOURISTSONLINE.COM assured me even after questioning them on similar complaints that I would not experience any. They were so sure because a host of their complaints were focused around mother's day, Val. day...etc. Well, mine was for a funeral. I called 48hrs in advance, which the rep stated, it would assure me even more availability. The morning of the funeral scheduled for 12, I spoke with FLOWERS at 11 am who informed me the driver's were just then gathering up the days routes. Ofcourse , I'm like..."Are you kidding me, unless the driver is Superman, the freaking funeral starts in an hour!" The rep took my name and number, and again assured me that because it's a funeral, it will get priority. A hour later, no phone call. I call back, just for them to want all of my info again. Apparently they have to input it in the system each time a person request a call back. The second time was marked urgent from what I was told. Three hours later, I received a voicemail stating the flowers were delivered the day before since other's were being delivered in that near area. She said they went ahead and delivered them just to make sure they were there in time for the service, and it was around 2pm. YEAH RIGHT. So now I'm a little happier right. WRONG!!! I get home, check my email, and look... FLOWERS has emailed me this apologetic note about how they can give me a $10 upgrade, and apology note to the family. It goes on to say, " I was just informed that your delivery for such and such did not make it." So whose lying? The rep who left a date and time of delivery, or a response email to let me know it didn't make it. Seems like the rep at this point. Maybe they figured by telling my that, unaware of the email, I would accept it and they keep the money that was charged to my card. That for sure didn't take 3days to do. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! NO ONE IS PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO OWN UP TO ANYTHING! YOU`VE BEEN WARNED...
