On May, 19, 2007 I purchased $115 in canvas from the Mill Outet. I specifically asked the store manager and owner Johann about the durability of the material, and told him I was going to use it for a boat cover. He said the material would stand up. However, the first time I cut the material wet, all of the green die started to run out of material. I called Johann again and he told me to set the color using vinegar, which I did. The green canvas material immediately faded to gray within two weeks after installation as a boat cover. I informed the manager of my problem and was told that I have to take up the issue with the manufacturer of the material, that he was just a middleman and had no responsibility for his products. I informed him that I have no contractual relationship with the manufacturer and that I was looking to him to correct the situation. He ultimately hung up on me, and would not assume any responsibility.
