I canceled my account with this company June 19, 2007. I paid my balance in full at the time. Since then I have received 3 billing statements. Each time I have called them and told them that this account is closed and on what date I closed it. Because of their $35.00 late fee I have a new balance of $82 and some change. 1. I leased a brand new LR2 a few months ago and 2 weeks later found out is was a lemon--the car would die as I was driving. The dealership was going to sell me another car at a "good price" and was instead trying to upsell me and went back on their deal. I finally asked them to just switch me to another LR2. I purchased a 350 Litre refrigerator from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga Kolkata. The refrigerator has turned out to be a faulty one as it doesn't have any cooling. The Videocon officials, when contacted, insisted that I should get it repaired - which to me is utterly shocking. I had a flight on the Nov 3th 07 from Dubai to New york jfk in Emirate airline. i had the worst customer service. a supervisor name Ghulam who worked that night at the luggage and checking passports was very unpleasant, very mean and unhelpful. I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning. I just agreed by customer care for taking personal loan on card, but the trap was started by taking loan... the charges levied on me form the phone call end and the amount I got after after 35 days of call.
