Gave a $2885 deposit to Tarik Mese, salesperson for Zone 5 Inc, former employee of SSMF April 20, 2007 for replacement of 4 large windows/2 large glass sliding doors for my North Miami Condo. As the months went by it got harder and harder to reach Tarik Mese or Wallace Lawson, Owner of Zone 5. The business number has been disconnected. In August I finally spoke to Tarik and he informed me they were not able to fill my order and would return my deposit. September my lawyer sent a letter demanding return of the deposit and that it is civil theft according to Fla Stat. 772.11. The letter was returned undeliverable.
