I tried to return the cd to the Kmart to get a different cd of the same value or more and they would not do anything about it. Even the store manager said that nothing could be done. Recently booking for refilling LPG cylinder of HP Gas over telebooking line 1716 from my residence has become very difficult. Whenever I try to connect 1716 from my residence I get response "due to some technical problem I am unable to process your request. We apologise for your inconveniance". We bought a Martha Stewart 9ft Aspen Mountain Christmas tree when we got it home there was a strand of lights that wouldn't work. This store has a history of selling food that that has either expired or gone bad. Over the past year I have made at least 6 complaints to Save Mart management. I bought a hidesign leather bag from The coachman shop in Gateway shopping mall , durban, south Africa on the 23 November 2007 and I was told that it has a one year guarantee. Similar to others, first billing had a late fee and finance charge. Three phone calls, unable to reach supervisor, finally reached supervisor who had an attitude. The good news: My Frigidaire sidebyside compressor failed one week before the warranty expired. The bad news: Warranty service is in the hands of A & E Factory Service.
