I keep getting invoices for a book I paid for via money order. First invoices shows -0- amount paid, next invoice I receive shows $5.06 paid. I only accepted one of their uninvited books and I mailed them a money order for an even $30 for an invoice that was $29.94. They cannot seem to do their bookkeeping correctly. read full review »

REGRET TO COMMENT ABOUT IFB SERVICE PERSONNEL. I have purchased a IFB Digital 6 Kg W/M at Mumbai on 24 Nov. For installation and start demo I have registered a request at call center and fixed up time at 5.30pm on 27 Nov as per convenience of the technician of IFB's outsourced co. M/s Lucky Services. But even after reminding twice at this service center, no body turned up at the fixed time and date. Rather, I was given some silly excuses for not attaining the service. My heat pump was down most of the winter last year. The service tech got it fixed again just before spring. The a/c worked great this summer, but as soon as it got cold enough for the heat, it would not heat again. The service guy replaced a recalled part & it heated for 17 days. I've tried to contact the company, but I have only been able to e-mail them. My service guy can't get any co-operation out of the local rep. On 8/14/07 I called Earthlink to cancel my e-mail account with them. I spoke to someone there who took my information and he gave me a confirmation # of 13069074. In Sept. of 07 I received a bill from Bill Me Later of $21.00. I mailed a denial of payment along with my confirmation number. In November I received a letter stating that Earthlink had denied that I ever canceled. I was told that I must pay the bill. I too was a victim of this scam! While trying to receive an online payday advance an add popped up about a "virtual visa." After reviewing the add I declined and continued with the loan application. A few day later I received a bank statement with a withdrawal of $49.95. After reviewing the statement, I contacted EverPrivate Customer Service and was given a ticket number and promised a refund in 7 to 14 days. I just want to advise anyone that may want to make a purchase here. When I ordered my futon I got very poor service. The final product was not delivered to me until 2 months after I ordered it. They were not good at getting back to me via phone. I had to call several times to get the status. When it did come in they did not ship it to me. I had to go pick it up. I order a cd through our local music dealer to Amazon.com on OCtober the 15th and now its November the 28th and no disc just emails from Amazon.com saying it will be due some day and of corse it never comes. Everything else ordered from there after my order was placed took two weeks to arrive so why hasnt a simple Cd they said was in stock come?. The society where I am living (Swapnapurti) is being managed by fools. 2 days ago, I noticed that the tap in the kitchen was continuously running and not closing properly. I called the supervisor (Sachin), he said that he will send the plumber and disconnected the call. The plumber came and without inspecting the tap said the tap need to be replaced and vanished.
