Ordered HD TV from direct tv they sent incompetent installer who could not install hd tv after 4 hours he left called Direct tv to complain was hung up on 4 times then they said at least he was on time. I recently returned an item with the receipt. I asked for store credit but they told me it had been over 90 days and I couldn't return it. It was not a seasonal item and they carry it all the time. On 10/17/07 I had a full face phenol peel under conscious sedation. At 6 weeks post-peel, my face is red ( as expected) BUT the redness is streaky and blotchy all over my face. The uneven application of my peel is the cause of this unacceptable result. It is impossible to apply makeup and look presentable. When I accessed the site I authorized $1.95 (shipping and handling fee) to be withdrawn from my account for the information CD about filling out forms. The next thing I know is there is a deduction from my account in the amount of $39.95 from Vemma Builder. I was also charged $9.95 from this website as well.
