I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno in July 2005. One month back my care was not running as normal. On taking it to the Service Center i was told that the crank shaft has broken. The meter reading was 50,000 km. With the latest technology, the engines are not required to be open before 1.5-2 lac km. I am not able to understand how a car which has run only 50,000 km and has a broken crank shaft. I feel Maruti Suzuki has a long way to go to compete with the other brands available here. I was promised delivery and it never happened on November 24th. A plethera of excuses were made... including "no one was home"... NOT. But what burns mt butt is... when I phoned the store they lied about the delivery time and upholded that "The Brick" never makes mistakes and blamed it on me. I was in #7243 i am a hotwheel collector and found a very hard to find car and paid for it, i didn't think it would be that hard to put all my items in the bag since i only had 4 things. This store has a history of selling food that that has either expired or gone bad. Over the past year I have made at least 6 complaints to Save Mart management. When buying our washing machine a few years ago we were convinced by the Currys salesperson to purchase a 5 year extended warranty for the machine. The cost of the policy was about 200euro . My less than two year old printer - purchased in Canada but now inSwitzerland - with a genuine black Epson cartridge T060120 - 3/4 full - does not print correctly even though I cleaned the print head several times. No support has been provided from hp redemption cell inspite of all the documents via email as well as hardcopies through courier and legal formality for registration of my notebook has been completed.
