This store has one big plus which is that it sells beef that is from hormone free cattle and at competitive pricing. The store on Saturday night had quite a few clerks but few customers. My complaint is that not one clerk said hello or offered any assistance. The checker was too busy balling out the poor bagger to even say "Thank you" to me. I find the store cold and indifferent to the customer. I went to their website and filled out their customer satisfaction survey and they rejected my answer. I guess I get the hint. Back to Safeway, Lucky or Trader Joes. Trader Joe's has super friendly clerks. read full review »

My wife recently had a very bad experience with Advantage Rent-a-Car at LAX. She signed the damage acknowledgment form that showed pre-existing damage on the rear bumper. When she returned the car one of the workers jumped on the shuttle van and accused her of the damage, she told him it was there when she rented it and didn't have any accidents with the car. The quality control of Kwality Walls Ice Creams in Delhi appears to be slipping rather badly. Ice Creams purchased on 25 Nov 07 from vendor in NOIDA (No V 0642) were found to be having defective manufacture where the sticks of the ice creams were incorrectly attached leading to the requirement of throwing away the ice creams since one could not consume these after opening. read full review »

DO NOT BUY from BH Systems trading as www.inest.co.uk. I bought a dvd player in August and still fighting to get my money back from this mickey mouse company. Trading Standards have written to them on my behalf and they have chosen to ignore them. I returned the dvd player to them as it arrived broken however, they refused to accept it and the post office have returned it to me. The salesman I encountered made so many false promises. I feel that they are out there just to deceive people by telling lies and bait the customers into buying the product. They tell lies like crooks. The most unprofessional sales executives I have encountered with yet.

My family and I ordered food from this place on Friday, Nov. 23, 2007 night. We ordered the Shrip fried rice, Pineapple Fried rice, shrip tempura, and Spring Rolls. We got the order and in the order we were given a free order of Fired Wortons I would say.
We ate the food that night and everything was ok. The next morning we all woke up with a HUGE stomach ache and vomiting. While attempting to use a never opened Blockbuster Gift Certificate my wife and I were told by the frightened store employee that it had no money on it (it was void). Now we opened the card in front of the employee and had never used it. He offered reluctantly to contact his Manager (whom I assumed was in the store). He called her at home and she let him know that there was nothing she could or would do. The Gift Card was void and it was our bad luck.

Univercell claims to be the "ONLY MOBILE STORE TO HAVE 'ISO' STANDARDS" who also apparently claim to be "The first mobile retailer to provide Bill & warranty on every purchase". On 11/25/07 I also tried to go to kmartfeedback.com after receiving a receipt from Kmart saying you could win a $2500 gift card if you tell us about your experience; what pops up but numerous sites regarding complaints. When I entered one of the sites I realized I was not the only one who was lured to the K-Mart web site to find it down. On Nov. 17,2007, purchased a simmons mattress set from ashley furniture for 1091.00. The sales rep never informed us that there was a no exchange or refund policy on the mattresses. On Nov. 24th our mattress set was delivered and there were no problems with delivery. My husband and I slept on the mattress that night and woke up the next morning very dissatisfied and with back pain. I have had taken the Maruthi Auto card and referred two of my friends to purchase a maruthi aulto and gained auto points (2000). When i wanted to redeem the auto points for any service or spare parts no dealer is accepting. they are swiping the card and deducting the amount from the card instead of redeeming the points. This is nothing but fooling the customers. Pl. somebody can suggest me how to put up this issue to consumer court.

Cash Business Opportunity is a totally DISHONEST company and their director MARCO PERINHO is a CON MAN. He takes your money and runs. Excellent SALES service, perfect support messaging in place, which totally dies off once money is sent to him. Unlike his claim, the card is rejected by PAYPAL and EBAY. My card worked once for purchasing, then payments were declined; there is still in excess of 400$ balance available on my card, money that I have now lost. I listened to my new Josh Groban cd and did not care for his singing style. I tried to return the cd to the Kmart to get a different cd of the same value or more and they would not do anything about it. Even the store manager said that nothing could be done. Our mortgage loan is with American Servicing Company (a.k.a. Wells Fargo) and over the past two years our relationship with this company has been less than favorable. We fell behind on our payments and though the situation did not require legal assistance we are now also paying legal fees on top of our mortgage and escrow payment. We feel that they have been rude and unwilling to work with us.
Stay away from this company!

I had bought Motorolla C350 mobile in year 2003. Now i need to change its battery. Even after 2 months of waiting, the service center (Trivandrum) isn't able to provide the battery. Their response - this model is stopped by motorolla, and spares not available - looks totally pathetic. Technology is changing rapidly, but is that an excuse to leave the poor customers, at the mercy of the unilateral change of models by the company. read full review »

This company continued to bill me after several calls and letters to discontinue service. I canceled the service FOUR years ago but the billing stilling continued. The product was lousy at best and the customer service was about the same. A reputable company would not have to resort to the billing tactics that this company uses.

Recently booking for refilling LPG cylinder of HP Gas over telebooking line 1716 from my residence has become very difficult. Whenever I try to connect 1716 from my residence I get response "due to some technical problem I am unable to process your request. We apologise for your inconveniance". I reside in Salt Lake area in Kolkata. My gas distributor is TBK Enterprise (03325545343). Even after repeated requests I havent received the password and
excuses given were:
