I've a Airtel Prepaid card of Friends scheme card with 2 of my other friends. I opted for CUG Benefits, but could not avail them. I have applied for HSBC Credit Card for 2 times but till now I did not get any confirmation number or a call from the customer care. Everytime their executive comes and collects the docs (payslips, bank transactions so on..) which are more sensitive but there is no sign of confirmation from their end whether they accepted or rejected. I have experienced a bad idea of applying for HSBC Credit Card and decided not to apply for HSBC Credit Card which is having a worst customer care. We bought a kid collection called "knotting hill" for our 3 yr old daughter. When the custom furniture was rec'd after 6 weeks of waiting the color we chose was white and we ended up getting "oof white" mixed with bright white on different areas of the furniture. We always have to travel by auto rickshaws in Pune as we don't have our own conveyance due to the fact that we are outsiders. Auto Rickshaw drivers in Pune take advantage of this thing and charge us a lot. We sometimes argue with them to go as meter says but since they know that we don't have any other choice so they demand a fixed amount that is generally much higher than what comes up if we go by meter.
