I think i made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing ONIDA TV. I bought a 29" Poison 400 in Dec 2006. Its less than a year and the customer service that i got is nothing but hell. with in first week, i had to get a replacement (not so easy) as there was some serious problem with the TV. SuperVoice presentation of this product is little to be desired. According to their web site, the program SuperVoice 8.0 shows as a boxed item. When the product was actually received, it was mailed in a little box with the modem (not the one displayed on their website) and the program disk. I ordered 1/2 cord of wood from an ad in the newspaper. The seller stacked the delivery in a creative "pyramid" that didn't appear to be 1/2 cord. We complained and discussed it but he absolutely insisted the 1/2 cord was there and that we just couldn't tell because of how it was stacked - which he "had" to do since there was no rack. I recently ordered a very expensive case with Xoxide.com and it did come. The packaging was in very well shape and I thought all was good. When I opened it to examine the contents, I was shocked at the lack of accessories in the unit. The case is 350$ (give or take a few).
