Hello All, I almost escaped from being duped by an ICICI Bank Home Loan Agent. This was sometime during November 2006. I had approached the bank for a home loan for a property that i had chosen in Bangalore. I had to apply for a loan for myself and my wife. The above referenced POD has been booked on November 28, 2007 at Khammam, with destination as Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. Till this date (December 11, 2007) the same has not been delivered. Where as normal TAT for delivery for other courier services is only 2 days. Since one week I am rigoursily following it up with the local offices, they are not able trace the documents, more over they are not responding properly to the complaint. I ordered the complete set of Get Smart dVD's on November 15th 2007 for a Christmas present. The total charge was 105.72. I have never received the DVD's as the company put the wrong address on them if they were shipped and they went to Ave F instead of Ave E. I did not order from this company. I have recently found out that theyare affiliated with Grant Funding Source, I had previously ordered a CD on a 14day trial from Grant Funding and cancelled the order within specified time limits. I applied for a credit card, gave my bank account #, didn't hear anything else, till my bank statement stated that independence plus platinum withdrew fees from my bank account. i did not receive a credit card and did not charge anything to this card. Bought a TruTech DRT-S810 about 6 months ago. Used it a bit at that time with the intent on converting all my old VCR tapes to DVD. One day it never came on again. My Acer aspire laptop was stolen on the 20th nov.2007 when i boarded a bus from stanmore to edgware. A friend of mine flew to Dubai on Tuesday 4th December 2007, he packed one bag for a three month trip. When he arrived in Dubai his bag went missing, after trying everything he could at Dubai Airport and missing his flight to Austria, I also contacted Jo-burg Emirates, aswell as his travel agent. Unfortunelty no-one can help. What is a person suppose to do? Is it worth traveling with Emirates when so many people are complaining about the same problem? I signed up to get my free credit report. The website stated that my checking account would get charged $1.00 if I don't cancel out within 7 days. I canceled out in three days and they charged my account. My account was overdrafted for over $100.00 dollars worth of services I didn't sign up for and my bank charged me several overdraft charges. Currently, my account is over $400.00 worth of charges. I never thought that trying to receive my credit report would cause so many problems.
