I seem to have dificulties getter a hold of American Servicing Co., two weeks ago I called them and they told me that I have an overpayment in my escrow account of $914.00 and when I requested that money back they told me that they could not do that and that they will send me $336.00 of that money. I responded to an e-mail offering a sample of phenterthin for a charge of paying for the shipping and handling. I received the sample and found it to be ineffective and want to cancel. I have not been able to log in to their support site after following their directions. It is stated on their site that cancellation process is easy and valid at any time. Since Nov 15, 2007, there has been little or no A/C or air circulation in the Spin Class room. The temperature in the room reaches nearly 100 degrees during the class. The instructor leaves the door open but blasts the music so loud that the other patrons in the main part of the gym cannot even hear their own ipods. It has been over a month. I have sent three requests for a tracking number or proof of delivery. We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. Misleading advertisement. Stated that free gift of a 79.00 field binocular, and two free reports valued at $29.95 each would be coming with product. The binoculars are basic, and the two reports were only a few sheets of paper. Nothing that could be considered a $60.00 value. I have am consumer of HP-LPG gas in Chennai. The dealer is Savitha Gas agency, Adambakkam. I have 2 cylinders. 1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. So we have to visit the dealer to book the gas. 2) They check the previous refilling date. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant.
