I have a complaint about workers making appointments to do work in your home & not keeping them. Most people have to take off from work to be there, then they don't show. I'm having such problem. I went with a retail store for kitchen tile to avoid such a pitfall. However it happened to me too. The job started November 12, to be finished (except for around the kitchen cabinets) in 4 days. They conveniently sent a letter dated November 19th notifying members of a charge of $25 for 'enhancements' to the fitness center. The 2007 Infiniti G35x is a new model of an Inifnit which is supposed to have all these great new features. I applied for Housing Loan during September, 2007 . I was asked by bank officials to sign the docket and other papers for ECS clearance, acceptance of loan and alongwith six PDC's. On November 23, 07 a day after Thanksgiving my car was impounded for abandonment. We were then being charged 160 for towing and 35 per day for storage fees. It turns out they wanted us to pay 350. Providian decided they wanted to start charging me "over the limit fees" when their finance charges take me over my credit limit. They did this 2 straight months before I closed my account and made a payment that would not allow them to do it again. Basically, I would be at $2,450 (Providian gave me a limit of $2,500), would buy gas ($40) to keep me under my credit limit by $10. I was emailed by CREDIT ONE BANK telling me my credit card payment is past due. Payment due date was was Dec. 10, 2007. I sent a check to them on Nov. 20, 2007 whiched cleared my bank on Nov. 27, 2007. I called customer service and spoke to a representative who made no sense. She told me it will reflect on my account once they receive my payment. I tried to tell her it was already recieved because it had cleared my bank long before the due date. Then they started sending me bills for the contract and said I had to pay it before they would cancel it. I told them they had already agreed to cancel it. Finally you must call the 800 number on you credit card statement, then they give you the run around after being on hold for 50 minutes and tell me that someone will call you back.
