I purchased Aqua guard RO costing around 15 grands. Water has been dripping from the unit from the day it was installed. Repeaed calls to the customer care resulted only in them sending inexpirenced tech chaps who keep mentioning that its a minor fault and they need to get some part to have this taken care of. I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam.
