My son called me at home to come to our local Wal-Mart to assist him with a rude manager who he felt was trying to deceive him regarding an exchange he was trying to make. My husband and I were the victims of credit card fraud and Dermacia was one of the fraudulent charges on our account. When we tried to cancel and reverse the fraudulent charges, a Dermacia rep told us we would have to return the product. The product arrived and we returned it to sender a few days later. This was in October. In December, Dermacia sent us a bill via a collection agency saying we never paid up. I had purchased a Sony Ericsson W 950i in April 2007. The phone worked fine for sometime initially, but then the headphones stopped working. thereafter the phone stopped synchronising and making a back up with the computer. I bought a Toshiba p35 S629 in 2005. Toshiba wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty as a previous buyer had buyer's remorse and returned it to the store, even though it stated on my receipt that I had a 1 year warranty.
