I have much knowledge of this company. As a consumer I am very disappointed with what this company has done to a locally owned business. I signed up for a nextel cell phone. My plan was supposed to be 300 outgoing minutes, free unlimited incoming minutes, free unlimited mobile to mobile and free unlimited walkie talkie. I am writing to everyone I know about something that happened to me. On October 12th, western NY got hit with a freak snowstorm. This storm dropped over 20 inches of snow which took down power lines all over. Over 300,000 people were without power. We reserved a jumper for my daughter's birthday 3 weeks before the day. It was to arrive by 1pm. It did not arrive until 3:30. I purchased a sliver phone in May of 2006. The reason for my choice was because I wanted the service of a phone with the music feature. My service provider network is Cellular. This is a petty amount, but it is still fraud and needs to be reported. Explore USA took, without authorization, $1.00 from my bank account. This account was empty at the time, resulting in an overdraft. I have no idea how they got my bank account number. A few weeks later, a very nondescript envelope came. It looked like junk mail and was nearly torn up. Now it said I was a MEMBER of this Explore USA and they were going to charge my account $19.95 per month for something. Well, they can't! After multiple attempts to disconnect Bulseye claims that if they don't have a disconnect work order number they will not discontinue my service with them.
