WC Value Plus
I was charged $16.95 for WC *VALUE PLUS and $16.95 for WC *VALUE PLUS this week. I don't know what happened because there were no any transactions with those units, I searched in the web, I found that there are also complains about them at ComplaintsBoard.com I don't know how to contact them regarding taking the charge off my bill. Did anyone have this similar problem and/or know how to fix it?

Glamour Shots
I stopped into Glamour Shots to see what they offer. I was shown a portfolio of their work to include their "Glamour Touch" and other specialty products. I was very impressed by the Glamour Touch since my daughter has a scar that she is very self-conscious of on her forehead. The sales woman agreed that this would take care of the scar with no problem at all. I was also told that the photos were $45 per pose per sheet. My son started receiving bills in his college dorm this past spring (2006) for a Playboy magazine subscription that he never ordered. Mayflower Transit
In September 2005, we contracted with Mayflower to move our household goods fromTulsa, OK to Gilbert, AZ. On Thursday June 15, 2006, I called Favor Warehouse to order 100 Frames for favors for my daughter's baptism. I placed a RUSH on it, which was an additional fee of $12.95 for shipping, so that I could receive them as they promised "no later than Tuesday, June 20th". Vartech called my husband about 3 years ago and quoted him a monthly bill of about $29 plus tax. We were currently paying close to $40, so he decided to switch. We got a bill the next month for $42 + tax. Well over the quote and more than what we were paying with our former company. The pen is mightier
I find that the cap used for switch of the pen is faulty in design as it falls off after switching the pen off sometimes. The pen was bought two months back. I have kept the box in which it is sold but I don't have any bill from the store from which I bought. b)This pen costs only Rs.15/- But it is the awareness that I am stressing on. I booked Bajaj Avenger on 2/10/05. I Booked particularly for Blue Colour and being an Authorised DIstributor of Bajaj they are not in a position to supply desired colour of mine and they wants me to take some other colour and also I was told by them that Bajaj,Puna is not supplying correctly though the PO and indent raised by KLN and JAY Auto correctly. In the mean while the Blue COlour of Avenger is also despatching but for KLN they dont have stock in this particulat colour. On a recent vaction to DC, we (wife, 2 teen boys) stayed at the Comfort Inn (12th & M). Like most places they employ the bare minimum of help so one guy (1) greets you (2) parks your car & (3) takes your bags.
He parked the car while we hustled our own bags up the steps to the elevator to our room.

Qwest Communications allowed our business telephone account to be switched to another carrier without my knowledge. This occurred in May 2001.
When I found out what they had done, they switched my account back and promised any charges on the old account would be credited due to the inconvenience. We contracted with Verizon Wireless in Toledo, OH and pay our bill to Lehigh, PA. Verizon's coverage is so poor that we couldn't get coverage in our own Toledo area, particularly Archbold, OH, nor could we get coverage in the Dallas, TX suburb of Frisco, TX.
When we have received coverage the calls are dropped so frequently that we have lost business, medical, emergency and personal calls to our extreme embarassment and financial loss.

I received a post card from Symantec resubmissions dept. There reply to me having sent my rebate for the Norton - Antivirus with it I sent all needed paper work. The UPC the paper for the rebate witch was in the box and the dated sale receipt. With the NRTN Antivirus at the top of the receipt for $39.99. On the reply it stated that my request could not be honored because the product was not found on the receipt? Now I am to re send the card + any validating information. I made a large purchase to furnish my new home in Keller, Texas in December 04' and moved in 2005 to California, I have two pieces of my furniture purchased from this location. At the time of purchase I bought an extended warranty, my office hutch door snapped in half and the dowel on my dining room chair broke off, my local Ashley's says they are not affiliated with the store in Texas, I want my furniture repaired or refunded for the extended warranty.

On 23 Jun I purchased a set of six outside solar lamps Model #79339 79330. I installed the units on 24 Jun and they worked fine but on 26 Jun one of the lamps was very dim. I tool it apart and checked and one of the batteries would only charge to .4 volts and the other would only charge to 1.0 volts. I put the batteries in a separate charger and had the same problem. I have sent numerous complaints to Kohl’s (Eagan, MN) customer service and also have called the store manager directly, but the problem of items ringing up at prices higher than advertised continues. They constantly place incorrect signs on products, so when customers get to check out, they are paying much higher than the sign indicates. I have had DSL Service for over a year with Sisna DSL. The actual DSL Service was pretty good, but I found another DSL ISP for much cheaper. I called Sisna DSL to inquire about canceling service and that I was going to cancel service when I fulfilled my 1 year obligation. Earlier this year i was at the Wal-Mart in Eau Claire, WI with my mom. My mom was picking up beer for my dad and since I work at a store as well I knew the cashier had to see both licenses.
