Dear Folgers Customer Relations Team:

This may sound as a joke to your ears but it is very, very real.

Last week I purchased an 11.5 oz can of your advertised Folgers Flavors Chocolate Silk ground coffee at a Wal-Mart store and I decided to try it today. To my disappointment, I ran into a very awkward situation which was as follows: The taste of your so called ‘coffee drink’ was so incredibly odd (not to say awful) that no one could really drink it. (I had several visitors in my office who were offered some ‘coffee’). Everybody thought it was some kind of a hoax, and I had to personally apologize to each of them and explain that this was not an experiment with human beings…I made a big mistake and I tasted the ‘drink’ myself so I can believe what those poor guys felt like…

It may sound incredible, but the taste was far beyond my expectations. I wonder what chemical ingredients your experts have used to arrive at this astonishing artificial flavor.

For your information, I was using a regular Master Coffee maker and the coffee-to-water ratio was as recommended on the package.

Now there is one certain thing about it: That flavor will keep any living creature away from my office for sure (including mice, insects…and visitors).

Any other suggestions for the usage of your wonderful product?
