I have unfortunately had the experience of dealing with Apex Management concerning my expired gym management. I purchased 2 sets of Hampton Bay solar landscaping lights for a gift. The stakes that go in the ground were plastic and after being in the ground a month or so the starting breaking off and as of now 6 months after purchase they have all broken off. I bought this Exersaucer recently, July 8, 2006. I put it all together with no problem. I put the batteries in the appropriate slots. However, the Toy Bar does not work. I put brand new batteries in it, and still does not work. I used an online reunion service this morning and was disappointed by their business practices. You sign up for either a 1 or 3 year service agreement and pay with a credit card. What they don't tell you is that if you click on any additional links on their search page - you are charged additional money. It has taken our company almost 1 month to receive a order placed. We have emailed the company 4 times for tracking Numbers and where told the order shipped, which by calling Fedex it did not! I had my email under Direcway for 4 years until somebody, without my consent and without amending my service contract, switched it to "Hughes.net." Now I cannot relay email, nor can I use another ISP to receive email. Under Direcway, I could use a local ISP which was on all of my stationary and internet accounts. I was contacted by a Superpages.com salesman who lead me to believe that I could try Superpages for three months for the $15 per month I had been paying for a Yellow page listing. We sent back their equipment after they failed to provide a copy of the lease after repeated requests, when they finally sent one, it was someone elses lease! Well the scammers are at it again! We own two furniture stores in Southern California and recently received "a cleaning card" for our credit card machine... we didn't order any cleaning card. I stopped into Glamour Shots to see what they offer. I was shown a portfolio of their work to include their "Glamour Touch" and other specialty products. My son started receiving bills in his college dorm this past spring (2006) for a Playboy magazine subscription that he never ordered.
