I tried to print two mailing labels and kept getting a message saying that the operation was canceled and I would not be charged for the labels. The next day I discovered that Click n Ship had charged me for 17 labels! Since I was using my ATM card to pay, it about wiped out my checking account. I submitted the refunds request within 3 days and just found out yesterday that it will take up to two months to get that money back into my checking account. Received a charge from Jrb Roofing on nov 16, 2007 for $432.56 on my visa credit card statement, called credit card co. and registered complaint, told to fill out form and return, did, but checked farther, i live in alabama. This charge was for material & labor, no way, this is a 'company' located in the Broadwalk Apartments on 1825 S. Well, I'm yet one more person who has been ripped off by Ultimate Warranty. I bought my contract in May of 2006 for $2,200. This October, after making payments of $1500, I tried to put in my first and only claim of $603 to get my car repaired. Dell uses DHL shipping company to send electronics when purchased online. I purchased a very expensive piece of electronics and it was shipped by DHL out of California. I used the ability to track shipment online and saw they would attempt delivery on the 13th which is the day I was out of state on business. We needed a site for our very small business and were on a very tight budget. They assured us that they could build the site we wanted. I have been arguing with Verizon DSL Billing since January 07. I had trouble with their services from Dec. 06 when I first installed their software. My phone service went out for about 5 days. Orange advertise what looks like a great offer - free broadband when you have a pay monthly mobile contract above a certain level. The basic package is not that great, but they also offer 'up to 8Mb' Broadband for £5 per month. I foolishly renewed my mobile account (minimum 18 month term) and signed up for the 'better' package. I have been charged 11.95 on both 12/13/07 & 11/23/07. I have tried to contact the company and been summarily hung up on the minute those snide children got wind of my legal training etc. The number I have is 800.720.4420.The company to which I never subscribed, is "Mini Credit Report SE." and it shows up as a Debit card purchase of 11.95 p/month. Not only was there absolutely no visible improvement regarding wrinkles, but I ended up with two subcutaneous cysts (YIKES!) on my face!!! One was near my nose and started swelling up the area under my eye.
