Parcel numberER27 0331 733US, was received by the post office in Bombay, on the 23rd. of December 2007 and has still not been delivered to the addresse. Today is the 3rd. of January 2008. We were assured that the parcel would be delivered latest by the the 27th. Dec.2007.
This parcel contains documents and plans for tenders to be filled and we are loosing precious time. Will we be compensated for losses caused to us by your in-actions?
Also, please inform which psot office to check for inquiries. We have gone from office to office, without success.

Purchased product approximately 2004 (was supposed to save money because of softer water. The product is defective, the installation was improperly done, the product has caused numerous plumbing problems. The product was supposedly under warranty, however there was no office to provide any service. We have gone without water several times, have been forced to pay for plumbers to change filters (installation was so poorly done that every attempt to change prefilter required professional assistance, and had actually broken pipe.

Well here we go again! Now it seems that Origin3 is out of business. They have my money and I have an incomplete web design (bayshoalseafood.net) that is not funtional to sell any of my products. This company seems to have defrauded numerous customers since I became involved with them in April 07. Nine months of b.s. with these people and I still have nothing to show for all the money, time & effort.

From past 15 days I am not able to use internet, due to some technical fault. Several times I made complain to customer care service, I got the same reply that it will be solve in a day or so. I am very much disappointed and not happy to continue further service with Tata Broadband.

As a 28-year, loyal AT&T customer, we decided to go with WildBlue since their name was backing it. Here's our experience since 12/22/07 our install date:
1. bsnl tower is very good but now (last six mounth) is very bad signal and many time when I call some one or recive call the line cut . I have call many time to Castomer care but never connect , it shay all operator are busy and even at 4 o' clock in the morning. Now i live at Bagnan in West Bengal(near Kolkata). On Nov. 1, 2007, I ordered an online gift for my father for Christmas from Seven Deals in Ohio (www.sevendeals.com). I live in British Columbia, Canada. Money was immediately taken from my VISA (approx. $30 U.S.) and I received an order number. There was never any follow-up from them that the order was sent, a tracking number, or any way of knowing when this item was supposedly sent or by what delivery method... or if it was ever sent at all.

I purchased merchandise from 1 Toystore, on 11/07.Part of the order was left @ my door, by Fedex, 10/31/07 (Halloween eve), when no one was available to receive or sign for it. 1 Toystore's position is, they are not responsible for delivery (orders not received). I am a subscriber of verizon online dsl service and it sucks. It is the worst internet i have ever had. The reason being is i can barely stay connected for 5-10 minutes and then i losose connection again. Then when i call verizon for help i reach them in india or the Philipinies or something like that. I can never get anyone in my own state that i can correspond with effectively. So for anybody who wants dsl do not go for verizon online dsl as it is like dial-up. read full review »

I have had a wal-mart credit card for approximately three years. Always paid on time,twice has been paid off. Here's the nightmare!! I paid up Rs.2036 for an online data entry job. The work that was claimed on the website initially is totally different from the main work that is to be done. Even after paying up and doing a different job than was promised, the company is not giving credit by totally ignoring our jobs. I have confirmed from sources that the company does not send any verification emails as it claims to do and on the basis of which the payment is supposed to be made. I sometimes do upgrades for people and some are not computer literate. When they use Ask.com, it continues to attempt making themselves the computers home page.They don't know how to remove it and I feel too embarrassed to charge someone for 5 secs. of configuration. On July 27, 2007, the Golden, BC RCMP couriered 75 lbs of my property to Agassiz, BC (WayBill number 71096805496). There is not a depot in Agassiz, so it went to Chilliwack. Chilliwack GCX did not contact Agassiz to tell them that my property was available for pickup, so it went to the Calgary Unclaimed warehouse.

Vonage service is not great. You can lose your dial tone and not know it. But you wonder why your phone doesn't ring and then you pick it up to find out you've lost your dial tone. You call Vonage support and you have to use your cell phone for about 45 minutes to an hour. The technician tells you what to do, and you have to unplug, reset, and reboot as many times as they want you to. I decided to switch to Time Warner and it took over two months for Vonage to finally release my line.

Wild Blue Trouble from Day one.
The free install wasn't free at all, the person that installed the service charged an extra $200 to set a $40 pipe in the ground with a $5 sack of concrete. If i had known that this was needed ahead of time I could have easily done it myself. I will never buy from Teleflora again. I would strongly suggest you do likewise. What was delivered bore little resemblance to the picture on their website. Never enough Cashiers at the East West Connector Store in Austell Ga. There is never a person supervising front end operations, no sense of urgency. It is like the front end is on automatic in the evenings when shopping there. When a person spends $800.00 a month in your store they should not have to stand in line 45minutes to be checked out. Fair policy access... be aware before you sign on the line. You won't be able to watch a movie or download much music. They will cut you off for 24 hours. I've completed several surveys totaling up to over $1,000.00 and was only approved for $40.00 and can not even get paid for these because you have to be approved for $100.00 to be able to get paid. This is a total scam and needs to be shut down. They are wasting peoples time, etc. Most of the surveys that I completed stated that you would still be paid for the survey and could cancel at anytime.

Sirena ruined three pieces of my furniture with an estimated value in excess of $5000. The drivers packed the furniture without blankets to prevent scratching and damage from normal shifting while in transit. They "Stacked" unfinished pieces of furniture on finished pieces of furniture so that it caused a great deal of scaring. I have read out the address present on my passport but the customer care personal said the address is not getting matched with what i have given. Dec. 13 I had a long conversation with someone in sales at Vonage. Included in the conversation was the fact that I have the ATT Elite High Speed Internet package. "No problem, works GREAT with Vonage." Made the decision to transfer both phone numbers to Vonage. Dec. 17 ATT disconnected my line, but eliminated my primary service completely since my Vonage Device Motorola VT 2142 didn't arrive until Dec. 24.
