I have been arguing with Verizon DSL Billing since January 07. I had trouble with their services from Dec. 06 when I first installed their software. My phone service went out for about 5 days. Finally after a lineman checked the connections, they determined it was from a mistake when the office connected the DSL. My billing has never been straight since signing up for their DSL. This is basically the same as the other three complaint reports that were put on this site on this company. Websiteq takes your money and do not deliver anything. We needed a site for our very small business and were on a very tight budget. They assured us that they could build the site we wanted. Its almost six months since we payed them and there has been nothing done.I feel this is out and out stealing. Orange advertise what looks like a great offer - free broadband when you have a pay monthly mobile contract above a certain level. The basic package is not that great, but they also offer 'up to 8Mb' Broadband for £5 per month. I foolishly renewed my mobile account (minimum 18 month term) and signed up for the 'better' package. Not only was there absolutely no visible improvement regarding wrinkles, but I ended up with two subcutaneous cysts (YIKES!) on my face!!! One was near my nose and started swelling up the area under my eye. I have been charged 11.95 on both 12/13/07 & 11/23/07. I have tried to contact the company and been summarily hung up on the minute those snide children got wind of my legal training etc. The number I have is 800.720.4420.The company to which I never subscribed, is "Mini Credit Report SE." and it shows up as a Debit card purchase of 11.95 p/month. However, one can look-up Lisa de Palma in intellius.com and will find out that she has at least 3 different last names. The decoy address they have in Delaware is a residential address.
