Well, I'm yet one more person who has been ripped off by Ultimate Warranty. I bought my contract in May of 2006 for $2,200. This October, after making payments of $1500, I tried to put in my first and only claim of $603 to get my car repaired. It's a long story but the bottom line is that they totally ignored me and my dealership where I had the repairs made and I understand that they are now out of business. I'm out my $1500 in payments made for this worthless contract and in addition had to pay the additional $603 out of pocket to get my car repaired. I'd like to know where the heck my money went!!! This is really hard on a retiree who has a fixed income. I am totally in if a class action suit is filed. Companies who scam people like this need to be put of of business for good.
