On friday 12-14-07 I applied for a loan on line from a website for bad credit , payday one I gave them all the information needed , my loan was approved for 300.00 and I was told that it would be in my account on monday the 17th, payday email me and said they needed copies of o birth certificates etc... I assumed it was canceled when I didn't reply, on the 17th of december this company Identity theft Protection showed up on my checking account for 31.98 which I did not authorize and never heard of them before today, on my account it showed up like this iDins autopay, I spoke with customer service several time and was lied to several times. the first one said he would cancel it and credit my account, the second one was just rude ,the 3rd on said no refund because they work on commission, how can a company that supposed to protect your identity steal money from your acct and get away with it. I am a Security Guard with Five children making minimum wage and these people over drawn my acct and no one doing any thing about it.
