Hello I am Sumit Ghai. I got Sify broadband connection Plan:INR [500(registration) + 330(monthly)] on date 22-Dec-2007 at my home 1/109, Vaishali, Ghaziabad . They disconnect my connection on 23-Dec-07 and asked me to pay INR 500 extra to enable it again. I been to there office. They said, I was using there login credential. This is the biggest ripoff with no way of contacting anyone when you have a problem. All it does is point you to free websites that you could have accessed on your own. McAfee Site Advisor warned me on this, but I did not pay attention. Now I am $29.95 poorer and still did not find the genealogy information I was promised. Website states that if they don't find anything on a search that that you will not be charged a credit -- guess I am about six credits in the hole as everything comes up zero and you still get charged. I went into the KMart store on December 26, and the return line and the two register lines were somewhat busy. I've purchased 3 electric "warming" blankets since January or February of this year. I have listed them above. Honestly, none of them worked over six weeks (if that long). So DHL 2nd Day is supposedly to be Guaranteed delivery by 5:00 pm on the second business day. I ordered a package from Etoys.com and it was mailed via DHL apparently by "5pm the 2nd business day" what a load of nonsense that is. It's a lie. Bought ASR 700 Illiptical machine in Sears store in Wichita, Ks. on Dec. 1st. They were to have been delivered to Garden City Sears store on Dec. 5th. It did not get there unti Dec. 14. While trying to put it together I am missing parts and have parts that do not go with machine. I have ordered parts that I know for sure I am missing at present time but will not know until I get further along what else is missing as nothing now is numbered or lettered. My dish went out and I had to wait a week for an appt. The appt is form 12 to 4. I get a call at 859 am that they want to come in. When I tell them I have at 12-4 appt they say I had two appts. Well, I am sure this is why I had to wait a week because they cant organize the service calls. Reliance is a unprofessional company. I have been using Reliance card from last 3 years. I recharged my card for 25$ sometime in nov 2007. Before that i always used to charge my card for 25$. I never had any problems with my internet speed or had heard of a "fair access policy" until Hughes Network took over Direcway. I stored my belongings with University Storage in Tampa when I went to live in China in 2002. They were bought out by Public Storage. I have been with Verizon since 1999. When It started out, it was fine. Two, three years later it wasn't fine, but was usable. However, in the last six months, their service and customer service (I use the term very loosely) has deteriorated to such a point that I sometimes long for dial-up. A telemarketing person called me stating that India calling is available at 4 cents a minute. I signed up for that. After a month I got a bill showing connection fee of 39 cents for each call. I called them and the customer service person stated that they have 2 plans: one without connection fee which is 7 cents and other with connection fee + 4 cents. After lot arguing he agreed to give a refund of $10 in next months bill. I got 2nd months bill, which showed 12 cents per minute and hefty tax of 30 %. I called them again.
