I am the VP of a small sports supplement company. We have been using UPS and the USPS to ship our products for over 7 years. Dealing with the long lines and rude to non-existing service at the Blythebourne station is unacceptable. This firm sells discount packages for a variety of goods and services for a $1.00 charge to your credit card... they had the number. How they got it I do not know but they said it is a service from the credit card company. I asked very precisely if I had to cancel anything and they said 'no'. I applied for DSL Service over the internet for our home in Owensboro. Bell South offered a $75 rebate for the modem if you applied on-line. I did. After months passed, AT&T took over Bell South. I inquired about the $75.oo and was told that it would still be provided... just watch the AT&T rewards site and it should be available sometime in Jan. When I contacted AT&T today... This company bills your telephone bill for calling cards that you never ordered. When the phone company was notified they immediately recognized it as a fraud and took it off of our bill. A lot of phone company employees are also finding it on their accounts. This company is also know as USBI. They even charged for long distance service on my computer line. DUH. On 25 Jan 08 i went into the studio to print passport photos i urgently needed for an interview. The staff were rude and high-handed. One staff member undermined the authority of the lady who was serving me, suggesting to me that she did not know what she was doing. I applied on crags list on this cashier job and got with this barry-household.com company and it sounded like a legitimate company, they sent me a counterfeit check to buy some software, and a printer, and a computer, for the company use so i would not have to tie up mine. I bought a ATS phone from Frys in Sep, 2007. There was a $25 rebate on this phone. I have not recv the rebate yet. I have spoke to Bonnie several times and have not been able to get my problem resolved. She said it was my problem the court gave the wrong information. I ordered goods on the 4th December. After 4 weeks I canceled as the goods hadn't arrived. They agreed to cancel but ignored my request for a refund. They also ignore all e-mails inquiring about my refund. Since the order, there has been 2 gambling transactions on my VISA statement which don't belong to me. I paid Heritage Web Design $700 last February to create a NEW site for my candle business. They are in the "top 1%" so I figured they must be good, right? NOT!!! Once they have your money, forget it. This company claims that you can make lots of money by referring people to your website that you purchase from them. You then have to pay additional money for them to send out emails on your behalf, promoting your website, and yet there is no way to tell if they actually send out these emails that you have paid them for in addition to the money that you paid for the website. My 42" Sansui Plasma TV, which is less than 2 years old, was sent in 4 times for repairs in the space of 3 months. Job Number JA49926 for reference. I was e-mailed with news that I had won a random web lottery hosted by UK National Lottery Foundation. In order to collect my "prize" all I had to do was send the courier company $1200.00 USD in 2 separate Western Union payments. Instead I checked to see if this was a legitimate offer or a scam. The public transportation (buses) in Laughlin are in desperate need of repairs. They are constantly braking down and are dangerous. I was told that the mechanic hires uncertified kids to make the repairs and that helps him keep cost down. Is this not dangerous? Are they putting profit ahead of safety? VERIZON HORROR STORY I need to warn people about Verizon landline service/Fios/DSL service. They will bill you and if you dispute the bill they dont respond. Have mounted unit on shed, waited for several days to a week to charge battery. It is now staying around 9-40 degrees outside and unit still is not working properly. I used Intellis to purchase some information and got nailed by a company called 24 protect plus for an unauthorized $14.95 I sent Intellis an E-mail asking them if they were in on the scam and to inform them that if they did not apologize for allowing 24 Protect plus access to my Debit card info and to send me proof that Intellis had terminated their association with 24 Protect plus that I would submit my story to several Internet scam sites.
