I recently had a client in Chicago complaining of the internet dropping, knowing that AT&T would try to push this off as a internal issue, I ran virus & spyware scans. The worst business online I've ever dealt with. I ordered a Christmas present through them and it arrived over a month past when I ordered when the web said it would take 5-7 days. Purchased a card in September 2007 specifically for use in New Zealand. Despite trying many pay phones there was not one where it would work for calls within New Zealand. A recording would come on that said the number was invalid but in each case when I went to a tourist center or begged help from someone else the number worked fine. DHL has failed to deliver packages to my house on two occasions. The driver has falsely stated that the package was left on the porch. Neither time did the driver come to my house. They decided to change all login details due to a security breach, they changed it while I was on holiday. When I came back I could no longer log into my acccount or e-mail accounts. During this time my credit card expirory date had changed. When I could finally access my account and update my details they issued a "debt recovery" admin charge of £20 plus VAT for not updating my details within a week. I have AT & T residential phone service. I moved and called AT & T to end my service at old address and start at new. They gave me new phone number and said my service would be turned on in about 24 hours. They said they did not have to come to my house. I am using Tata Indicom's Broadband Internet Connection. It is giving very poor quality. My Plan is "Business 700 with 512 kbps Speed". But I am not getting 512 kbps speed. I am only getting as under: 109.30, 108, 98.30, 95.20 kbps only When contacted, they say that their compression ratio for this plan is 1:4. Since 2004 I have experienced the following problems with Startlogic: The premature closure of support tickets, with no response from the helpdesk. Removing Anonymous FTP access.
