My recent Verizon home phone bill included a charge for "dir asst chg" called to 101-515-800; it was 1 minute and cost $5.49 + $1.65 for "USF Carrier Admin Fee" and $.36 in State Tax. I went through the check out line with 4 gallons of BIN Primer. There was a $5 rebate for each gallon purchased, or so they adverted. The young clerk put red tape on four of the gallons but only rang up one. I didn't notice until he got done and gave me the total. The company charges you to view their apartment listings. The listings are not theirs rather copied from other sources. All of the listings I called were no longer available or could not be referenced due to the lack of an identification number. I contacted "Brenda" their supposed customer service agent and she told me to provide her with the number on the listing to get a refund. I've had problems changing the "My Account" information for some time now. I had suggested that they add an option of being able to add 150 minutes only. They did for awhile, but now they don't have the options. Now, when you go to the site, it says you can add 50, 100 or 150 minutes to your cell phone monthly automatically! On Nov. 24, 2006 a John Aucella phoned us about our timeshare. He asked if we were interested in selling. He sounded all uppity up and told us to go on their web sight and check them out. The new home I purchased was configured with a 75 gallon Rheem Water Heater. Model 21VR75N, Serial# RHLN 1101124277. The first incident we experienced involved a significant amount of corrosion on top of the unit where the nipples are attached for the inlet and outlet water.
