I purchased a $39.95 one-time charge to search public records for family members for my family tree . The charge was put on my charge account but recordslogin.com (the company that has the download supposedly) has never given me the download file so I can proceed with my searches. I have written them 3 times; they say "thanks for notifying us, our tech is working on that, what is the name you're searching for". I tell them what my grandfather's name is and in a day or so I get a message that there is no record of that name. I know there's a record because he and his family are in the 1910 Census for Torrington CT. I have seen it. So they, therefore, took my $39.95 and everytime I check on someone, they will ask me the name and return a message, NO RECORD. I have repeatedly asked them for the name of the download so I can check and see if it really downloaded but they never tell me what the name of the download is. This is a scam, folks. beware...

I've learned one thing, don't ever buy without searching first. Too many crooks. Can't trust anyone.

I purchased this product to look up divorce records and I don't even exist. I'm currently unemployed and can't afford to waste money on a product that doesn't even help you.

I signed up for their records search online and paid $34.95 and could not find anything. It said I myself did not exist. After several hours of searching I emailed them (they do not have a listing of phone numbers or addresses for their own company available) and requested my money back. I threatened to go to the BBB and they still will not refund my money. Their service is a scam - 100% scam.

I bought this Unlimited VIP Membership last night.Paid $39.95 for this useless thing. All I wanted was just a few simple things about our family tree. Every single name I typed in come back no history. The ad said money back if not satisfied but I bet that is a scam too. SO Buyer BEWARE!!! This is a SCAM.

There is no known state, city, or phone number of this fraudulent company. I have accidentally purchased two subscriptions from them and can't get a response any way. I have discovered that there are lots of other people who have been scammed by them. They need to be made to pay for their crimes. I have paid through Click Bank and they just refer me back to them which solves nothing, because they won't respond to my inquiries and demand for a refund.
