I bought a $100 cable modem for Time Warner Road Runner service with the understanding that I would receive a $90 rebate from broadbandoffers.com. I never received the rebate and now broadbandoffers is telling me that they mailed the rebate back in March of 2010 and they cannot reissue the checks even though their records indicate that the checks were never cashed. I never received any rebates from broadbandoffers.

I signed up for Comcast service at Broadbandoffers and submitted three rebates totaling $179.95 in February 2007. After a few weeks I received confirmation that my rebates had been accepted and the prepaid cards are in the mail. Waited until September 2007 and did not receive the rebates. Everytime I contact Broadbandoffers I am told, "we are sorry for the inconvenience" and they said they would reissue the rebates and wait 6-8 weeks. Since then, I've contacted them 4 times after 4 6-8 weeks and everytime I am told the same.
After doing some research on BroadBandOffers, now I see that they are a scam organization. BEWARE FOLKS!! Do not buy anything from Broadbandoffers.
