I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning. On July 23, 2007 I took my Buick to Alternative Transmissions by Jack Dempsey in Winter Garden for a Radiator replacement. I purchased a 350 Litre refrigerator from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga Kolkata. The refrigerator has turned out to be a faulty one as it doesn't have any cooling. The Videocon officials, when contacted, insisted that I should get it repaired - which to me is utterly shocking.
