I recently bought a new pair of Faded Glory black jeans from Walmart. They are the stretch, straight leg, eased fit jeans. I have bought many pairs of Faded Glory jeans in the past and they always seem to fit and last for a long time. These, however, have a terrible odor. They have a chemical, musty smell. I bought a Hyosung GV 650 a short time ago. After filling it with gas for the first time, fuel began RUNNING out of the left side of the fuel tank. It was still under warranty, and so I took it to get repaired. This was over two months ago, and it is still not fixed. The shop cannot get parts from the manufacturer. Don't waste your time with these bikes, they are junk, and when they do inevitably break, you can't get parts for them. We are having problems with Famous Tate's service as well. Our Frigidair Washer purchased 03/03/08 broke on Christmas Eve while washing clothes. I just had a horrible experience with the Carnival cruise lines (Elation). We had a party of 32 people. Departed Sunday 2/15/09 at 5:30 pm. I was impressed with the room setting. We had 5 people in my cabin (U197) 6th floor. There were 2 above pull out beds one king size bed and a cot. I slept on the cot which was extremely comfortable. The site includes a link for email in addition to a phone number. Since they are based on the east coast, I am at work during their business hours and am unable to make personal calls. I am a Wells Fargo customer and want to cancel "Bill Pay", which costs $9.95/month ($10.00 in unscrupulous marketing language). There is no "Cancel Bill Pay" button to make this simple. Instead, you have to go to "Help - Bill Pay - Cancel Bill Pay" and are then taken to a general inquiries form with no "Cancel Bill Pay" option. I have a BMW X5 2007 with RFT Continental 255-50-19. I drive both off and on road. Driving with RFT in not comfortable but I had to live with it. First Premeier allowed a company known as CreditDiagnos to place charges on my First Premier Credit Card in a random manner. None of the Charges were authorized by me. I did not notice the pattern until the card went over the limit. I had trust and confidence in the security of the credit card company, but I am paying a cost to FirstPremier Bank because CreditDiagnos a compamy I had never heard of sent bogus charges to the Card. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty from J & K Camera when I purchased a digital camera in 2007. I now have a problem and initiated a claim on January 9 2009. After repeated emails with only a response stating they were looking for a repair company in my area, I have not received satifaction or a response stating that I can now send the camera in for repair. Thats the hook they get your credit card number and after the free trial period ended (14 days) I was charged the full price for what they had shipped me which was a two month supply!
