On 11/4/08 I placed an order with Powerseller for a tv. They immediately charged my account on that date, even though the item was not shipped. We've worked with Ben for several years and this is the SECOND time he's pulled this on us! He got a credit card chargeback from a listing we did MONTHS ago and wants US to pay for it! Now this man is withholding payment for current services rendered stating the chargeback is our liability! I joined Majestic Consulting after watching a webinar. They sent me their marketing materials which consisted of cd's and dvd's with supposed useful guidelines and materials for performing e-mail marketing. The fee was $149.00. When I received the materials NONE AND I MEAN NONE of them worked or had data on them. The monthly fee of $29.95 was taken for three months with no support or correction of the materials. I did use their marketing links to the best of my knowledge with NO response what so ever. They to this day haven't made good on their materials. Ok so, a couple of week ago, my car broke down. I left it on the side of the highway for what was supposed to be about 8.5 hrs. (I was making arrangements to pick it up later). In February of 2003, I ordered a DT8000 EMS unit from Toneatronic. Bonnie Fine, Allan's wife, took my order. I received the unit in a timely manner and the unit worked fine for close to three years.
