On 1/11/09 I purchased online what was advertised as a brand new DVD set of "The Practice". What I received were homemade DVD's taped off the cable channel FX. My T629 cell phone broke after 1 month of use. I called samsung services (outsourced somewhere in India), return the phone for repair, and waited almost 1 month for the phone to be returned. After opening the package, the returned phone was reassembled improperly ( a large gap remained between the slider and the keypad).
