I purchased a 5 year extended warranty from J & K Camera when I purchased a digital camera in 2007. I now have a problem and initiated a claim on January 9 2009. After repeated emails with only a response stating they were looking for a repair company in my area, I have not received satifaction or a response stating that I can now send the camera in for repair. He said that Could not give me authorization number until I got the product in. Received produce on 23rd of Feb 2009. This Bank of Deleware offers credit cards to people that have bad credit and then closes the account and then charges late fees, ongoing monthly fees, online payment fees and the list goes on. I purchsed a Polaroid 32" LCD w/DVD in Sept 2007. Four months later it quit working. I called Polaroid and they sent out a technician who had to replace the board. Three months later the DVD went out. I made due by connecting my old DVD player to it. However last month, Jan 2009 it quit working again. I called Polaroid and they told me there was nothing they could do since it was out of warranty. I took it to a tv repairman who said he could fix it for $400 but told me not to bother because without a cooling mechanism it would continue to burn out. Tim Bryant from "Ontour Entertainment" is a fraud. He looks for bands that have talent and promises them shows which always seem to get cancelled. He told my buddies band that he had a sponsorship from Red Bull but never seemed to bring the contract or money. Do not trust this guy. I am a publisher of advertisers of clients that pay commissions through Clickbank. Clickbank's pay out policy should be looked at very closely by Consumer Protection. Clickbank only will pay you commission monies after at least 5 different purchases have been paid for by 5 different consumers (i.e. credit card holders.
