My T629 cell phone broke after 1 month of use. I called samsung services (outsourced somewhere in India), return the phone for repair, and waited almost 1 month for the phone to be returned. After opening the package, the returned phone was reassembled improperly ( a large gap remained between the slider and the keypad). Had to call customer services somewhere in India, and was told to return the phone AGAIN for repair. No sympathy, no expedited service, no compensation. I received an phone call several times about government grants being offered and an website to go to. The offer was a free CD with shipping and handling charges of $2.29 which I agreed to. The offer never said a charge of $39.95 would be charged afterwards. Like I said it was a free CD which I have yet to receive.
