We ordered the trial offer of the Acai Berry Detox. We decided that we did not want any more of the Product so we told them not to send anymore but to cancel any more orders and not to charge our credit card with any more charges. We even wrote them a letter to this affect. They said the order was cancelled. But we just got our bank statement for this month and Feb. and there is a charge on it. I received a package in the mail addressed to my son! Noticing it was from a company called "Los Weight Systems" and informed him that it had arrived and ask if he had ever placed an order. He never did and never heard of the company. RBS Mastercard Sucks. RBS Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) credit card is by far the worst credit card company I've ever dealt with. I am referring to the RBS MasterCard. They advertised a promotion with 0% balance transfer. When I finally got the card the rate was about 19%. They refused to honor their advertised promotion. This Bank of Deleware offers credit cards to people that have bad credit and then closes the account and then charges late fees, ongoing monthly fees, online payment fees and the list goes on. I think all of us who were affected by this should get together and file a class action lawsuit in a federal court. I purchsed a Polaroid 32" LCD w/DVD in Sept 2007. Four months later it quit working. I called Polaroid and they sent out a technician who had to replace the board. Three months later the DVD went out. I made due by connecting my old DVD player to it. However last month, Jan 2009 it quit working again. I called Polaroid and they told me there was nothing they could do since it was out of warranty. I took it to a tv repairman who said he could fix it for $400 but told me not to bother because without a cooling mechanism it would continue to burn out. I bought a Sharp AQUOS 65" lcd TV [LC-C6554u] from this company .The TV was listed as new, the salesman told me it was new BUT it was not new! It was rebuilt by Sharp.I have a case number with Sharp[4961181] .I believe this is something this company is doing on a regular basis. I would have never known the TV was not new if it had not been defective.It has been over two months since I received the TV .I have called this company over a dozen times, they still have never called me. Tim Bryant from "Ontour Entertainment" is a fraud. He looks for bands that have talent and promises them shows which always seem to get cancelled. He told my buddies band that he had a sponsorship from Red Bull but never seemed to bring the contract or money. Do not trust this guy. He will lie to you and tell you that the show will be re-scheduled but it is all lies. Watch out musicians, comedians-pretty much all entertainers. Checking account was overdrawn for 30 days, I contacted them about payment and in regards of how/when I was going to pay. Also I contacted then in regards to a credit Line I had with them. Last year when in desperate need of money. I saw this ad for Goldpaq.com. It claimed that if you sent them gold they would send you a check for the value, if you did not agree to the amount that they would return your valuables within 10 days. I am a publisher of advertisers of clients that pay commissions through Clickbank. Clickbank's pay out policy should be looked at very closely by Consumer Protection. Clickbank only will pay you commission monies after at least 5 different purchases have been paid for by 5 different consumers (i.e. credit card holders. After a period of approximately 3 months if no one has purchase anything from my sites, then Clickbank starts to debit my account $1 per month until all the commission monies are gone. I was sent a cashier's check in the amount of $1250.00 from a Woodforest National Bank located in Houston Texas. A letter was attached to the cashier's check informing that i had been hired to participate in a customer service survey at Walmart's money gram counter. I was supposed to keep $200.00 for conducting the survey, after completing a survey report and forward the remaining money to a Lola Grunden in Toronto Canada. This sounded like a scam so I immediately went online to see if other people are being scam or by this new scheme. Brought in a 46' tv in 10/2008 for repair. Paid $90 for a diagnostic report. A week later i was told it would cost approx $300 to fix, and subsequently agreed to pay. Called later that day and told it would be $300 more than quoted. Advised them to hold off and fax the estimate, as I wanted to send to manufacturer. Waited a week for report and called.
