I am a Wells Fargo customer and want to cancel "Bill Pay", which costs $9.95/month ($10.00 in unscrupulous marketing language). There is no "Cancel Bill Pay" button to make this simple. Instead, you have to go to "Help - Bill Pay - Cancel Bill Pay" and are then taken to a general inquiries form with no "Cancel Bill Pay" option. I have a BMW X5 2007 with RFT Continental 255-50-19. I drive both off and on road. Driving with RFT in not comfortable but I had to live with it. First Premeier allowed a company known as CreditDiagnos to place charges on my First Premier Credit Card in a random manner. None of the Charges were authorized by me. I did not notice the pattern until the card went over the limit. I had trust and confidence in the security of the credit card company, but I am paying a cost to FirstPremier Bank because CreditDiagnos a compamy I had never heard of sent bogus charges to the Card. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty from J & K Camera when I purchased a digital camera in 2007. I now have a problem and initiated a claim on January 9 2009. After repeated emails with only a response stating they were looking for a repair company in my area, I have not received satifaction or a response stating that I can now send the camera in for repair. He said that Could not give me authorization number until I got the product in. Received produce on 23rd of Feb 2009. I received a fax at work for a vacation package to Mexico. I thought it was a great deal and wanted to take my husband on a trip. So, I booked it. When I tried to call and make the reservation no one is in site. The phone number is disconnected and all I have is one piece of paper stating that booked these reservations.
