Poor service by the store, salesperson, and especially customer service. We purchased a coffee table Jan 1. It was delivered without the four panes of glass. They ordered replacements but after two weeks only one pane arrived. They ordered it again but this time after two weeks only two arrived. They ordered again but after two more weeks I have not seen the missing pane. So now I have a coffee table with a whole in the middle making it unusable. My wife a I just ordered take out from McDonalds on Del Prado in Cape Coral, store #6247. We asked that they put mayo instead of ranch at the order board and all seemed fine. As we pulled up to the first window, the cashier told us that the snack wrap doesn't come with mayo so we said fine and to leave it dry, no ranch or anything. when we arrived home my wife bit into a large wad of ranch. You may find a recuring charge on your CC or checking account that looks something like this: TLG*GREATFN########JUN 800-290-8603. In my case it was a scam set up by Priceline (I'm sure Shatner would NOT apporve). Appparently there was some sort of descrite checkbox or something that was checked when I purchased a flight. Whatever the case, I called the number on my bill and had Great Fun remove the charges. This sort of thing is absolutely unscrupulous. I resent when companies do this sort of thing. I spoke with the owner, Ann Conlee and she stated that the shoes must have gotten lost in the mail. I asked her for the USPS tracking number and was told she didnt have that information. I 'bought' 2 tickets to see Il Divo at 02 arena on 27th February 2009 from bookmetickets for the total price of £154.30. I paid by credit card on Saturday 15th November 2008. These tickets have not arrived and I lhave had no reply from the company. I have sent them 3 emails. Having discovered that there is no phone number I tried to find out more and have discovered that other people have not had tickets delivered either. PX Performance offered a weeks supply of Acia Berry product over email and once accepted they would put you on automatic ship and begin shipping and billing. I immediatly canceled and returned all product, contacted my Credit Card provider and began a dispute. Ultimately PX billed my account for 3 of the one week charges and 2 of the monthly charges before I closed my credit card to terminate their fraudulent charges. They send you the wrong size, item, etc. Then, when you email them to get the RMA to return the item, they don't respond to your email!
