Got a "free" cruise from Odenza Travel. Tried to collect. Would only let me cruise during hurricane season. As a Pet Nurse with Banfeild, I am inclined to agree with almost every complaint I have read about them. I left a job of 5 years that I loved to further my animal care education. This company promises rebates for over priced products, then hires a third party to handle the rebates, and I think they get all the money that they rip off unjustly from cricket customers. I was contacted by this company in January concerning government grants. I ordered a CD for $1.98. Since then my bank account has been charged $45.00 which I DID NOT authorize. I fell for this ruse. A free trial offer that actually costs $95. I called to complain and have the charge reversed but they said that the information was on the website. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and they said they would not connect me, but they would take my number and have a supervisor call me.
