Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, advised the salesman that there was something wrong when I put on the brakes before I took it home. Swazi Bengals supposedly sells purebred registered Bengal cats. I contacted them to purchase one and was told before I purchased the kitten that it would come with a health guarantee. Registration papers would be provided when I spayed the cat. When I met Mary Masters to purchase the kitten, she did not bring any papers. I purchased this product on-line with the assurance that it would help me recover photos from a damaged camera card. Instead of recovering the photos, the software PHOTORECOVERY froze my computer so totally that it required me to physically unplug my computer from the wall. This company unfairly denied me of unemployment benefits. I was notified at 5:30pm . Nov 13th, by the agent stating that the company they had sent me to work at (Elster Electricity, Raleigh, NC) no longer needed my services and that I should pack up, leave, and not return. I filed for unemployment and was denied on the basis that I had quit my job. I am filing for a hearing and requesting documentation regarding the reason for my work separation . I live 16 miles away from Martinez Dental and the receptionist tells me that the work that was going to be performed will no longer be available for me because as of that morning it was changed. I filed my taxes with H & R block in January and paid the fees to get my refund put on an emerald green card and receive my refund within 8-15 days. I was told I would receive notification when my refund was credited to my card. On Feb 13th, I got that notification. Salesman talked us into a soft, expensive mattress (a queen sized PostureTemp Elite) - memory foam type mattress. It quickly became uncomfortable. The Customer Service woman over the phone (Shaquir) was less than friendly. Had to fight to get an inspector to the house. Found a $34.84 charge on my Discover card bill from this company. I had never heard of them. I also didn't receive any merchandise from them. I called the number they provided and was put on hold kind of 'forever.' The charge is under investigation now. A man ('John Clark') called me and mentioned my Panasonic copy machine and that they were sorry, they had forgotten to inform us of a price increase in toner. He graciously offered to let me have 2 at the old price ($349.00) and would I like them? I told him I could probably use one for now.
