The website says that Customer Service is available Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM Eastern Time, yet no one every answers the phone. Ever. I purchased a 1 yr old mini bantam bulldog from Amy Herman at Thunder Hollow Kennels in Tennessee over the internet. The toshiba DLP lamps are supposed to last 6000-8000 hours. Not even close. I've gone about 4000, then 3000, then about 300. The third lamp I bought was again a genuine Toshiba part, but they won't honor my warranty because I didn't pay enough for the lamp. While staying at Royal Solarais In Cabo San Lucas I used my credit card at a public phone. I ran it through a card reader but got connected to a Spanish Speaking Operator with very poor command of English. She demanded to know if the call was person to person. I said no. While going over my account balance/debits on my checking account, I noticed a $79.96 charge from Acai Berry posted on 2/19. I had signed for a 30 day free trial with 4.99 charge for shipping on 2/4/09. This additional charge was not authorized. There was also a $69.95 charge for Bromolite, which has been since taken off. BEWARE SCAM! I have had a very negative experience with Aeon. I would advise others to not purchase any batteries from them. PROBLEM: The battery I purchased failed instantly after just under two months of use. They offered to replace it, but gave me a non-existent shipping address. By the time I shipped, wait for it to return to sender, then re-shipped, it was over 4 months before I finally received the replacement. I had an unauthorized charge recently on my bank account and I have tried to contact this company by email and by phone which was IMPOSSIBLE. I would never go through this company. I also tried to sign in to the account to delete my credit card information that they somehow got a hold of and of course that is not possible through the website either. I'm afraid my only option is to call my bank and cancel my credit card which is very inconvenient since I pay most of my bills this way. I was injured on 12/27/08 and discovered a week later that my policy with Mega included a $1500, accident policy. I had to pay for the clinic visit at the ski hill to the tune of $608 before I could leave. I was going through a divorce and as a single mother of three, I was having a hard time paying my mortgage. A rep called me and asked me my situation. I told him what was happening. He said they could lower my interest rate and add my payments to the end of my loan. Therefore I would not be so far behind. Today almost two years later I received a bill from the IRS stating that I did not include all my income. I am being billed for a cancellation of debt. I have had no debt canceled.
