This company charged our credit card $381.00 without authorization of this. I then called to tell them that I had never authorized this charge. They told me they would check the recording and get back to me. I told them to do so as I know I never authorized this. I asked for this man's name and he refused to give it to me. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, the guy then hung up on me. I called back and experienced the same problem with a completely different person! This is a scam and a horrible experience. In 2008 I bought these personalized pacifiers for my Grandson because my daughter wanted them. At that time I was charged twice but I was very busy and didn't take the time to go down to the bank and straighten it out. I did e-mail the company with no response. My husband spoke to someone in their office on the phone today about purchasing 50 lbs of Abba 1600 parakeet seed. He was told he could come between 2 and 5 pm. I purchased a DR250 exact replacement drum from Computer Friends - All Toner. When the cartridge arrived I opened up the well packed box and everything looked fine. Their printed Terms and Conditions state seller will be paid "within 14 days of receiving the selling price". I placed several items with them on 12-26-2007.
