I recently bought four remanufactured Lexmark replacement ink cartridges from Impression Inkjet (Ebay Seller: Impressionsales). Impression Inkjet advertises its ink cartridges are 100% guaranteed with a one year warranty. I purchased the Vivitek 56" Rear Projection television in July of 2006 I have since had to replace the lamp for the fourth time now. Going direct to Vivitek they will charge you $196.00 for the lamp, but that does include shipping. How kind they are huh? NOT! This company is set up to take in money for software one downloads from their site. Their claims detailing what this software can and will do are patently FALSE. They detail the option of getting a refund if the customer complies with certain UNMENTIONED requirements within 60 days but does NOT detail these requirements. I was contacted in November by this company to do a loan modification. The people seemed very nice and I was very concerned about the cost of my mortgage. They charged me 2750 and did not submit the paperwork until later. I found out later that I was already in foreclosure and they did not do much of anything and I am back to square 1. I signed a 12 month lease with Aelous property management. I didn't move in until the 4th day after I signed the lease. Utilities were not on so I had to start new services there. When I pulled my credit report, there were two PB Pacbell accounts (different account numbers) by American Agencies. Shocked, I called them and asked for a fax of the account details (I knew these accounts were fraudulent). They said they would fax them to me. Well shame on me for waiting by the fax machine. These guys are a total scam. This lady stephanie said I could cut my debt in half and the creditors would stop calling me but three months into it my creditors are call me more than ever and my balances have gone up by 25%. After 2 weeks of installation, my flooring began to show problems of cracking. Later a piece of wood came up (chunking). Another piece came up last Oct. South Central Power Company- Ohio has been over changing me for power for 4 years now. I have had them out time and time again. Every time, it's the same story, no problem with the meters. I purchased a Maytag Quiet Series 300 dishwasher 2 years ago, the dishwasher constantly swicthes itself from normal wash to rinse cycle on it's own. Then it takes 2 hours to run behind you can attempt to rswitch it back to the normal cycle which at 2 years old is not even switching back.
