This company withdrew $17.93 from my account claiming to be the fee for loan researching. The site did not mention any fee for researching for a loan. Apparently this stems from the Last Chance site. I called 877-258-2584 on 4/6/2009 and spoke with "Michelle". She claimed to have cancelled my account but guess what? My account was again debited for $17.93 on 4/8/2009!!! Bought a brand new PEDAL FREE WOODEN BIKE BALANCE BICYCLE from Ebigonline on Ebay but the merchandise arrived loosely wrapped in bubble wrap in 3 boxes, without an instruction manual or the source of manufacture. The rep contacted me stating I had won a $1000 internet only shopping spree. Visa and Mastercard were sponsoring this promotion and I would also receive 5 magazines at the rate of $3 per week of which I would only pay for using my Visa or Mastercard along with shipping an handling for my packet. I too have been scammed by HLD GRANTHELP ORDER. American express has disputed my first complaint and I have been credited back the first 3.95 and 74.95. Now they have billed me again. I tried to call the number listed on my American express bill of 888-662-8762 and it rang about 10 times then disconnected. These people need to be shut down for this scam.
